    hello, i have the same probleme connecting my maxiscan ms509 with my computer (windows 7), i ready intall maxilink from the cd that i get with the pakage! so plz what can i do? thx

    You have installed the Maxilink in your pc successfully, haven't you? Then connect your MS509 to your computer. Pls check the status bar on the top of Maxilink window. Green means MS509 is connected to pc; red means it is not connected... What color is the status bar?

    I have the same problem. I'm on windows 7 and xp tried to link maxi CD. but windows does not see it. device bar remains red.

    Pls check the serial number of your MS509. If it is MS505245,it is a fake.
